...oops. It seems you are looking for a page that is for some reason not directly linkable. It may have disappeared or just had a name change.
It's frustrating when that happens, but hopefully I can help you find what you are looking for.
The main things people are looking for help with on my site are:
Mental Health Professionals Self-Care and Burn Out Prevention
The Telehealth Availability List
School Success
Parenting Strategies, Self-Care and Connection
and
Counselling with a focus on prevention and early intervention.
or go to the home page.
If you've been redirected here looking for the APS self-care study guide, I believe you can still find it on the APS website. I originally came across it a few years when a friend and I first started making self-care a professional development priority. As we worked through it I springboarded into making my own guide and making fierce self-care with connection at its heart an integral part of my private practice. You may also be looking for the Dissertation by Kimberley Patterson-Hyatt on Distress in psychologists. I'm no longer hosting this document but its Proquest number is 10308564.
Still can't find what you are looking, try the search bar or drop me an email.
Kind Regards
Kim Ross
