I believe that all healing and growth at a personal and universal level begins with self care.
At the heart of this is unconditional love and acceptance of self.
You want to feel calmer, happier, more energetic, healthier, more confident and connected.
You know you 'should' be doing more exercise, or be eating better, or.....

And that you don't have the time because there are so many other competing priorities in your life?
Well, all those 'shoulds' do is make you feel worse - they create another task to put on your already overflowing 'to do' list.
I get it.
But what about if you swap self-care with wellbeing?
What about if you accepted that taking care of you meant you were taking care of others.
Because self-care is NOT selfish or self-indulgent. In the contrary, self-care means looking after your health.
