Parenting groupsParticipating in a positive parenting group will encourage you to identify and use your strengths to improve relationships with your children. It will cover aspects such as mindful parenting, communication, resilience, discipline techniques, managing feelings and emotions and solution finding.
This group is interactive and strictly non-judgemental. It is aimed at parents of school age children. This program is available to run at your school, community group or at your home with a group of friends. Tailored sessions We can work with you to provide tailored parenting conversation sessions.
