This course will provide you with 7 steps you can take to turn your wish into a reality. You will learn how to create positive change in your life.
This course is designed to give you structure, and to introduce you to positive, practical tools you can use in your daily life.
You will be provided with a step by step process, divided over 4 weeks. You will have the opportunity to learn, implement and ask questions.
In addition to the material provided via email you will be invited to attend a live weekly Q and A session. This will be delivered live via Facebook.
For less than a cup of coffee a day you will receive information delivered in a variety of ways. This includes
