Improve your wellbeing

Self-care is not selfish or self-indulgent.  It is a necessity.

CREATE YOUR OWN SELF-CARE ROUTINE

I get it, you want to feel better, happier, more energetic, healthier, that life has more meaning.  You want better wellbeing and improved self-care.

You know you 'should' be doing more exercise, or be eating better, or.....
You can fill in the blanks.  And that you don't have the time because there are so many other competing priorities in your life?

Well, all those 'shoulds' do is make you feel worse - they create another task to put on your already overflowing 'to do' list.I get it.  I'm a busy mum with three children and self-care used to strike me as self-indulgent.

But self-care is NOT selfish or self-indulgent.  In the contrary, self-care means looking after your health.  It is a grown up, responsible activity.  And taking a practical, mindful approach to self-care and wellbeing makes it doable.

Your capacity for self care varies during your lifetime and your personal circumstances.

I offer personal parent coaching sessions and parent wellbeing courses where you get to learn how to look after yourself in a way that works for you!  To book a session simply call Kim on 0408533515 or email youngminds.psychology@gmail.com.
