• When you make an appointment that time is reserved for you.  
  
• I have set that time aside and, in many cases, it means someone else did not get that appointment time.  
  
• Except in the case of extreme emergency, your session fee is payable whether or not you show up to your appointment.  
  
• It will be automatically deducted from the credit card you have provided.  
  
• When I am being paid by a third party - such as NDIS, you are still required to pay the session fee.
  
• If you provide less than TWO business day’s notice of cancellation you will be charged the equivalent of the full fee.

This means if your appointment is booked for 9am on a Tuesday morning, you need to give notice of cancellation by 9am on the Friday before.
