The Heart of Positive Young Minds
Hi, I'm Kim and the heart of Positive Young Minds is about working together to create calm, connection and confidence.
I believe:
You can find out more about me and my journey as a psychologist and mother here.
I believe:
- Children (and parents) do the best they can.
- Looking after yourself is to be supported and honoured, not just something else tacked on to your to do list.
- It's never too early, or too late to seek mental health support and help your home be calmer and happier.
- Physical and mental health are intertwined, therefore physical movement is an important part of most interventions.
- Reducing isolation and loneliness and increased connection is the key to mental health, family wellness and world healing.
- Accessing your calm dynamic allows you to choose your responses and act according to your values, connection is an antidote to loneliness and confidence reflects the bravery to do what matters.
