Screen (scream) time

If your family is like mine many of the household disputes concern children and the amount of time they spend on screens/devices.  I have recently come across this link https://www.healthychildren.org/English/media/Pages/default.aspx#home.

​ If you are interested in creating a family device/screen plan this may be of use to you.  Setting clear limits and expectation which children and adults in the house follow is a great way of reducing the stress around device use.
